Welcome to Manipura Lesotho, where we are committed to ​nurturing wellness through Art therapy, yoga, meditation, and ​retreats. We offer a range of services and activities designed to ​promote healing and restoration for people of all ages, including ​children.


Our Art therapy programs are specifically tailored to assist with ​body scanning, mindfulness techniques, self-regulation, and ​calming tools, starting from as young as 2 years old up to 17 years. ​We use mediums such as Painting, Pottery, Sound Art and Macrame ​knotting.


At Manipura, we offer a variety of Yoga for beginners to advanced ​level practitioners. Our classes include Hatha and Yin yoga, which ​are taught by experienced instructors who are passionate about ​sharing their knowledge and helping students achieve their yoga ​goals.


Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, our ​classes are designed to meet your needs and support your ​personal growth. We invite you to come and join us on the mat, and ​discover the many benefits of yoga and mindfulness for your body, ​mind, and spirit.

Art therapy, facilitated by trained professionals, ​harnesses the creative process to yield various mental ​health benefits. Through non-verbal expression, ​individuals can communicate complex emotions, reduce ​stress, and find a safe outlet for intense feelings. The ​practice fosters self-awareness, aiding in the ​understanding of thoughts and behaviors. Particularly ​valuable for those with communication challenges, art ​therapy enhances coping skills, boosts self-esteem, and ​develops problem-solving abilities through ​experimentation. In group settings, it promotes ​connection, reducing feelings of isolation. Through our ​use of Visual arts and Craft, we seek to unlock creative ​pathways within any individual we serve.

Yoga Classes

Hatha & Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice that emphasizes holding passive postures for an extended period. It targets the connective tissues in the body, promoting flexibility and relaxation. This practice is suitable for all levels and is particularly beneficial for those with tight muscles and joints.

This practice is suitable for all levels and is particularly beneficial for those looking to improve their overall well-being.


Kids Yoga Stories

Children's yoga is a fun and interactive way for kids to develop strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. This practice incorporates the use of yoga stories, playful poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. Children's yoga helps kids from the ages of 2 to 17 years to build self-esteem, improve their concentration, and reduce stress, depression and anxiety. Most of all, yoga is a wonderful way to help children develop healthy habits such as body scanning, self regulation and awareness that will benefit them throughout their personal, academic and later on professional lives.
